Soil Sand clay with little organic composition.
Age of Vines 8-22 years 
Yield Roditis 70 hl/ha.
Harvest Beginning up to the middle of September.
Vinification/Maturation Skin contact for 6-9h at 14˚C. Indigent yeasts use. Alcoholic fermentation at 16°C. Ageing over fine lees for 4 months.

Total acidity (tartaric acid) 5,5 g/l
pH 3,6
Tasting notes Green yellow hues are developed on the bright color. The nose is dominated by fresh flower flavors as well by fruit aromas (peaches, pears). The round body is well in balance with the joyful acidity and leads on to a citrus and quince finish.
