Vineyards Pella’s  hills (90-160 m)
Soil Sand clay with little organic composition.
Age of Vines 6-22 years
Yield Sauvignon 40hl/ha, Roditis 70hl/ha,  Assyrtiko65hl/ha.
Harvest End of August (Sauvignon). Beginning to the middle of September (Roditis, Assyrtiko). 
Vinification/Maturation Skin contact for 7-9h at 14˚C. Alcoholic fermentation at 16˚C. Indigent yeasts use. All wines are ageing over fine lees for 3-4 months before blended.

Total acidity (tartaric acid) 6 g/l
pH 3,5 
Tasting notes The bright color is yellow-green with a few greenish hues. The nose is expressive with complexity of peach, lemon skin flavor and hazelnut. The mouth is rich, sweet and smooth and the finish is long, complex and with constant evolution.
